*Terms & Conditions:
1. Introduction By entering the Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering. The Competition is organized by DEC Developments No.1 Pty Ltd (ABN 76 677 702 840) of Suite 52, L1, 574 Plummer St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 or known as Traill Estate Stratford ("the Organisers").
2. Eligibility
The Competition is only open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Organisers or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Competition, participants must enter their correct details in the form provided herein to be eligible.
The Competition will run from Tuesday 22nd October 2024 at 9:00am AEDT and close on Saturday 16th November 2024 at 2:30pm AEDT.
Each participant can enter only once.
4. Competition Prize
The Prize for this Competition is as follows:
A 2-night stay at Dalrose Retreat (maximum 8 pax), check-in Friday 29th November 2024, check-out Sunday 1st December 2024, valued at $1,500. The winner is responsible to provide their details and book directly with Dalrose Retreat, complying with their terms and conditions, including responsibility for any damages caused by the winner and their guests;
6 course degustation dinner with wine flight at AGFG Hatted restaurant, Tinamba Hotel on Friday 29th November 2024 at 6.45pm, valued at $150pp (maximum 8 pax, including shuttle service for 6 passengers);
The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should there be any force majeure events.
The Organisers do not cover any additional costs incurred by the winner including Dalrose Retreat incidentals, damages and excessive cleaning caused during your stay, transport, travel insurance and any other costs incurred that are not specified within these Terms and Conditions.
5. Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.
The decision of the Organisers regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The draw will be conducted by the Organisers on Saturday 16th November 2024 at 15:00pm AEDT at the Gippsland Beer Fest, Tinamba Hotel, VIC 3859.
The winner will be notified via email and verified by phone and ID within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s name (first name initial, surname and post code) will also be published on this website / page: www.traillestate.com.au/competition.
Should a participant’s contact details change during the Competition, it is the participant’s responsibility to notify the Organisers.
6. Claiming the Prize
The winner must claim their Prize within 2 business days of notification. If the Prize is not claimed within this time frame, the Organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner by conducting an unclaimed prize draw on Wednesday 20th November 2024 at 10:00am AEDT.
The Prize is not redeemable for cash. If the winner is unable to satisfy the Terms and Conditions or the Prize is not utilised or able to be taken within the specified timeframe, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
By entering the Competition, participants agree that the Organisers may collect, store, and process their personal data.
The Organisers collects your contact details in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) (the Act). As an entrant and participant, you agree to this collection and by entering the Competition and by providing your details, you consent to your data to be added to our database and may be marketed to in the future. We will not rent out or sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying, UNSUBSCRIBE to our emails. Please refer our Data Collection & Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Publicity
The winner(s) may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to the Competition, including having their name and likeness featured in marketing materials.
Participation in such activities is optional, and failure to participate will not affect eligibility for the Prize.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
9. General Terms
The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition, and these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Any changes will be notified to participants via email.
The Organizers are not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent participants from entering the Competition or claiming the Prize.
By entering this Competition, participants release the Organisers from any liability for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the Prize.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
